Mark has supported a variety of organizations with social media strategic initiatives including global companies such as Cisco and Johnson & Johnson.

Mark Schaefer’s blog is cited as one of the top marketing blogs in the world and his last book, The Tao of Twitter, was among the best-selling social media books in 2011. Mark is a popular speaker at industry conferences and is also a marketing faculty member at Rutgers University.
