What if i miss few sessions?
All sessions are recorded and you will have full access to all records for 6 months from your start date. We encourage you to re-watch the sessions to make sure you've grasped all of the great tips our experts provide!
How long is each session?
Our web conference is designed with an hour long strategy session. Many of the sessions also include a 30 minute follow up "how to" workshop, which includes a shared screen and more hands on experience. Please check the agenda for the complete schedule.
What if I have questions after the session?
We have created a special Q&A just for attendees. You can ask a question after the workshop. We'll also post questions from the Q&A on our website.
How can I ask questions during the the session?
You can ask questions during the sessions after the formal presentation. You can also use the live chat feature if you prefer. Our moderator will go over this at the beginning fo each session.
What should I expect from the Web Conference?
Online training saves you all the hassle and expenses of traveling. You can simply attend from your home or office, (even Starbucks!). The format is a a live video streaming of the instructor, and the videos can be reviewed, so it's better than an in-person training!
Do I need any special software?
No, not at all. All you need is an internet browser and connection. Besides that, you'll just need to make sure that Flash is installed on your computer.
Can I share my password?
We work hard to create the WebConference by brining together top experts, offering free resources and exceptional support. What if I'm not satisfied?
