
What is it?
Online Social Media event with two learning tracks - WebConference track and Certification track where attendees can chose to enroll in either one. The only Social Media event with big conference content combined with personalized training in an interactive online platform.
How does it Work?
Our Social Media WebConference delivers a total of 24 Online sessions. All our live sessions are recorded too so you can watch (or re-watch)sessions any number of times!
When does it start?
Our program starts on April 5 through May 3 with sessions scheduled on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you can't attend them live online then you can always watch it later at your convenient time.

What if i miss few sessions?
No worries. All our training workshops are recorded and you would have full access to all recordings for 6 months from start date. In fact, we encourage you to re-watch workshop recordings to make sure you have grasped all the great tips provided by our experts.
How long is each session?
Our web conference is designed with an hour long strategy session and in many sessions followed by a 30 minute "How-to" workshop. Please check our agenda on top of this page for completeschedule.
What if i have questions after the workshop?
Sure. We have created a special Q&A area just for the workshop attendees. You can ask a question in your registered member's area after the workshop. We will also post questions from our Q & A session up on our website.
How can i ask questions during a workshop?
We have a live chat feature and if you prefer you can ask question with a microphone too. You can ask questions after the formal presentation during our Q & A portion of the workshop. Our workshop moderator would announce before the start of each workshop on how to ask questions.
What should i expect in an online training workshop?
Well, with online training you save all traveling hassles and expenses and simply watch the training from your home or office desk (even Starbucks!). We will have live video streaming of the instructor so its as good as attending an in-person training without the traveling.
Do i need any special software to watch the training workshop?
No, not at all. All you need is an internet browser (like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and the like) and an internet connection. Besides internet browser, you would also need Flash installed on your computer to attend the training workshop.
Can i share my password with my co-workers?
