The Social Media Certification is a guided, mentored training option created for attendees who are looking for a more hands-on project based training option. Our Social Media Certification track runs concurrently with WebConference live & on-demand sessions but in a more guided & mentored environment. You will learn how to implement critical Social Media tactics taught in the WebConference sessions but with mentoring and project based approach. You will receive 6 (60 minutes each) mentoring calls to guide you along the way.

Please Note: Our focus is on individual attention for certification program and as a result we have only have limited number of seats available. We advise our attendees to try and invest about 5-6 hours of work each week.

What if i miss few sessions?

No worries. All our training workshops are recorded and you would have full access to all recordings for 6 months from the start date. In fact, we encourage you to re-watch workshop recordings to make sure you have grasped all the great tips provided by our experts.

How long is each session?

Our webconference sessions are designed with an hour long strategy session and in many sessions followed by a 30 minute "How-to" workshop. Please check our agenda on top of this page for complete & schedule.

What if i have questions after the live sessions?

Sure. We have created a special Q&A area just for the attendees. You can ask a question in your registered member Q & A area after the session or simply email us.

How can i ask questions during a live session?

We have a live moderated chat feature where you can direct post any questions you might have. Our moderator will direct the trainer’s attention to your query during the allocated Q & A time to ensure they are not overlooked.

What should i expect in an online WebConference?

Well, with online training you save all traveling hassles and expenses and simply watch the training from your home or office desk (even at Starbucks!). We will have live video streaming of the instructor so its as good as attending an in-person training without the travel hassles.

How does your Social Media Certification program work?

We assign you a project before the start of the program and you will need to work through the pieces of the project each week. Each week you will work on an individual piece of the project and all pieces will come together in the final week. Then you (or your group) will do the final project presentation before we award you Social Media Certification. Our goal is to provide you with a hands-on, Social Media Project experience.

How does projects work? Can i work at my own pace or do i need to be a part of a team?

You will have couple of options either to work at your own pace or be a part of a team. Of course, being a part of a team can be rewarding as you can learn something new from other team members, get more done and network with other attendees. On the other hand, if you prefer to work at your own pace you may do so. Before the program starts, we will email you asking your preference.

When does the weekly mentoring call take place?

Certification attendees will meet each week for an hour. In this one hour, you will as a group bring forth your problems, what approach you took, and what we think you did right. This is YOUR time so bring any and all questions. We are also limiting the number of attendees we enroll in order for us to work with you at an individual or group level.

Do i need any special software to watch the training workshop?

No, not at all. All you need is an internet browser (like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and the like) and an internet connection.

Can i share my password with my co-workers?

We work hard to create this WebConference & Certification by bringing together top experts, offering free resources, and not to mention exceptional attendee support. Sharing passwords is equivalent to software piracy and against our user policy. Instead, please call us at 1-312-267-0637 and we will offer you excellent group rates. Promise!

What if i don't like your session, can i get a refund?

We are confident that you will love our WebConference & Certification Program, but if for some reason, it is not what you wanted then we will be happy to issue you a refund. The only thing we ask is that the final day for any refund request has to be right after the first session. Any refund request submitted afterwards will not be accepted due to the online format of our training and the free training resources we provide.
