Our Social Media WebConference series brings together 20+ authors and expert speakers to deliver a total of 38 online sessions. Our sessions are live streamed with trainer video feed for an in-person experience complete with live chat & attendee Q&A!

When does it start?

Starts Friday, April 25. All our sessions are live but also recorded for future playback. And, you get unlimited access to recordings for 6 months.

Social Media Certification track is created for attendees who are looking for a more hands-on, project based, social media experience. Our certification track runs concurrently with WebConference sessions but of course with a more personalized mentoring experience. Simply put, you will learn to implement all that you learn during our live WebConference sessions with our expert mentors to guide you along.

All sessions are recorded and you will have full access to all records for 6 months from your start date. We encourage you to re-watch the sessions to make sure you've grasped all of the great tips our experts provide!


How long is each session?

Our web conference is designed with an hour long strategy session. Many of the sessions also include a 30 minute follow up "how to" workshop, which includes a shared screen and more hands on experience. Please check the agenda for the complete schedule.


What if I have questions after the session?

We have created a special Q&A just for attendees. You can ask a question after the workshop. We'll also post questions from the Q&A on our website.


How can I ask questions during the the session?

You can ask questions during the sessions after the formal presentation. You can also use the live chat feature if you prefer. Our moderator will go over this at the beginning fo each session.


What should I expect from the Web Conference?

Online training saves you all the hassle and expenses of traveling. You can simply attend from your home or office, (even Starbucks!). The format is a a live video streaming of the instructor, and the videos can be reviewed, so it's better than an in-person training!


Do I need any special software?

No, not at all. All you need is an internet browser and connection. Besides that, you'll just need to make sure that Flash is installed on your computer.


Can I share my password?

We work hard to create the WebConference by brining together top experts, offering free resources and exceptional support.
